• Report unauthorized access immediately
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Application to:

• Access other people's devices without authorization
• Engage in illegal activities
• Compromise the security of the Application
• Distribute malicious software through the service
• Prevent other users from accessing the service

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• The free plan includes basic features
• Premium features require a subscription
• Premium features are restricted when the subscription expires
• Payment terms are subject to the payment provider's rules

5. Intellectual Property

The Application and all content are protected under the Remotiva brand. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or reproduce the Application without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided "as is". No guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free service is made. Connection quality depends on network conditions. We accept no liability for data loss or damage during remote access.

7. Account Termination

You can delete your account at any time from within the Application. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
