Remotiva ("Application") is a remote device access application developed by Berkay Aksoy ("We"). This privacy policy explains how your personal data is collected, used, and protected.

1. Data We Collect

When you use our application, the following data may be collected:

• Account Information: First name, last name, email address (during registration or social sign-in)
• Device Information: Device name, operating system, device type, IP address
• Session Information: Sign-in times, active sessions, last activity
• Connection Data: Paired device information, connection history

Screen sharing image data is not stored on our servers. All screen sharing data is transferred directly between devices (peer-to-peer) or temporarily relayed.

3. Third-Party Services

The following third-party services are used:

• Google Sign-In: Your Google account information (name, email, profile photo) is retrieved for social sign-in. Google Privacy Policy

Your personal data is not shared with or sold to third parties beyond these services.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt, sensitive data is encrypted. When you delete your account, your personal data is anonymized and social account connections are removed.

5. Your Rights

You have the following rights:

• Access: You can view your personal data from your profile
• Correction: You can update your account information
• Deletion: You can permanently delete your account from within the application
• Session Management: You can view and terminate your active sessions

6. Children's Privacy

Our application is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. You will be notified of significant changes through the application.
